It would depend on how a "strong woman" (however you define that as) uses that strength.

It appears on the surface in the face of all the bullshit going on that a portion of women who appear "strong" (again however you define that as) seems to use it more as a weapon in the very same way they've been complaining about the men using their strength in that way.

Start by defining "strong" are you referring to emotional / mental strength, passion / desire, physical strength...
