Nice try Nisha, however women are the testers it's a evolutionary psychological itch you all have. You do it for the sake of screening a man to see if he's the one you wanna be knocked up by and to see how reactive he is to any emotional attacks by you as a woman, you want to know if he's mentally strong, can protect you from his emotions and your own, and other people, can provide for the kids is able to handle your emotional outbursts etc some women do it without realising, other women will do very intentionally.

Certain men will test women back, those are the men that have wised up and learnt what these tests are, they are also the type of guys you fall for because they don't give a shit about tests, they are non reactive (I am talking from many years of personal experiences in passing and failing these tests from woman of varying ages and locations)
