That would depend how you define "deep" for myself that can be talking about things such as psychology, free will, philosophy, esoteric ideas, myths / legends, politics even.

Talking about politics is only a problem because people seem to tie part of their identity to whatever political topic is, which I don't understand myself.

I should elaborate when I'm referring to communication I'm not referring to the whole "being able to express myself, boundaries, explain things etc etc etc" I'm purely talking about communicating as in talking with another person. I should have made that point in my original comment.
